The US Version has <a href=\"https:\/\/aidanmoher.com\/blog\/2009\/08\/cover-art\/cover-art-synopsis-spellwright-by-blake-charlton\/\">a great cover<\/a>, the premise <a href=\"https:\/\/aidanmoher.com\/blog\/2009\/10\/asides\/an-aside-a-new-blurb-for-spellwright-by-blake-charlton\/\">sounds fantastic<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/aidanmoher.com\/blog\/2009\/08\/free-readin\/free-readin-spellwright-by-blake-charlton\/\">an early peak at the novel<\/a> was promising. I was bloody eager to get my hands on the UK cover for <strong>Spellwright<\/strong>. Charlton <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blakecharlton.com\/2009\/10\/spellwright-uk-commonwealth-cover\/\">released it<\/a> earlier today&#8230; and my heart shattered.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/aidanmoher.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/SPELLWRIGHT-UK.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aidanmoher.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/SPELLWRIGHT-UK.JPG\" alt=\"Spellwright by Blake Charlton\" title=\"Spellwright by Blake Charlton\" width=\"427\" height=\"640\" class=\"center\" \/><\/a>\n<p>Well, I guess all good things must come to an end, huh? Clearly inspired (or created by the same designer) as Tchaikovsky&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_YhrLAYLQ8So\/SYyZjbMCOkI\/AAAAAAAAH9M\/JVlCB4jdbAU\/s400\/Shadows+of+the+Apt.jpg\">Shadows of the Apt<\/a> series, this cover is one of those cases where North America wins the battle of the Cover Art.
