They match up somewhat well stylistically with the <a href=\"https:\/\/aidanmoher.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/boneshaker-by-cherie-priest.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">original cover for <em>Boneshaker<\/em><\/a> (which is used in both North America and the United Kingdom), even if the technique is a different and not nearly as appealing. I also appreciate that they feature strong heroines that haven&#8217;t been over-sexualized. But, compared against the covers for the North American editions, including the fourth volume, <a href=\"https:\/\/aidanmoher.com\/blog\/2012\/03\/art\/cover-art\/cover-art-the-inexplicables-cherie-priest\/\"><em>The Inexplicables<\/em><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/aidanmoher.com\/blog\/2010\/06\/art\/cover-art\/cover-art-dreadnought-by-cherie-priest\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Dreadnought<\/em><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-lwbZhXz20mk\/Tnx5t8cyNOI\/AAAAAAAADvA\/E_doDhAvpsw\/s1600\/Ganymede.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Ganymede<\/em><\/a> can&#8217;t hold a candle. Another case of the pendulum swinging slowly in favour of North America when it comes to covers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In a bubble, I don&#8217;t mind them.
