I’d pick that up for sure. Love the sort of watercolor look.

I wouldn’t call the artwork itself a wrap-around, though; the back art looks like a zoom-in of the top half of the cover, but flipped around. (I think that’s not uncommon though usually it’s not flipped around like that.) Still–nice art! :-) Though I don’t care for the spine….

Looks like a straight ripoff of some Robotech/Macross DVD’s I saw the other day, even the font is close to the same. Still really like it though.

kick ass space opera (says so right on the cover) x Daniel Abraham and Ty Franck) = hell yes!

Yeah, agreed. that’s a pretty splendid cover. The fat font really helps make the piece.

A really cool cover. I’m getting back into sci-fi & this cover reminds me of what I’ve been missing. It’s weirdly retro … and I like it.

Okay, I’ll bite, that is a pretty cool cover. The book looks interesting too, to boot. I’ll add it to the to-buy list.

Thats excellent cover art, very reminiscent of John Berkey but a more extreme viewpoint that keeps it up to date. I like Abrahams writing anyway but this piques my interest even more.

I’m afraid my reasons are quite selfish. This book got some of its inspiration from a d20 Future game that was moderated by an online buddy of mine, and I played a character in it, the pilot in fact, so it’s only natural that I’d vote for it, of course. That it’s easily one of the best spacecraft and celestial object covers I can recall seeing is pretty secondary for me.
