You can also do a basic site search using Google to find PDF files on the TOR site. I did a short post about it here:

Hi TK42ONE, thank you for information. Of course I can use Google. But in this case I wanted to use the “official” way.
Today I filled out the sign-up screen and put GERMANY as Zip Code. So far I didn’t receive an answer. Anyway I agree that Aidan does a much better job.
I tried the same by simply using the zip code of my German hometown. Didn’t work, either.
I really wouldn’t hurt TOR to offer that service to everyone.
Hello Gabriele, I tried to find a mail address of Tor in order to ask them how people from outside USA can sign up for their newsletter. But there is none on the official web site of Tor. Tor is also member of MySpace. I sent a message to Tor on MySpace. In case I receive an answer I will let you know.
Hello Gabriele, suprise, suprise. Today I received two mails from Tor.com. First one was a welcome mail. Second one contains this week download Four and Twenty Blackbirds by Cherie Priest.
I don’t know what they did but it’s fine for me.
