It’s, um… orange. And fiery. To be honest, even six month after reading the predecessor volume to Happy Hour in Hell, The Dirty Streets of Heaven, I’m still unsure what I think of this direction for Williams. Equally, I’m unsure what I think of this cover. Apologies for the poor quality.
Discussion
I`ll reserve judgment till I have seen a better scan, but BTW, book one is called “The DIRTY Streets of Heaven”.
It can’t be the final version, surely?
@Olaf — Of course it is. Teaches me for publishing blog posts without proofreading.
@Martin — I doubt it’s final, but I also doubt it changes significantly between now and publication.
It’s a disservice to post a low quality version just so that you can be among the first to reveal the cover.
It’s, er… the only copy that’s available anywhere online.
Don’t like the cover, don’t like this seies.Tad Williams should get back to doing what he does best – Epic Fantasy!

I freaking loved the first book! I am thrilled with this new and different voice that Williams is showing us. Happy Hour In Hell can’t come soon enough, IMO.
As for the cover…don’t love it, don’t hate it. As long as what’s inside of it, I’m pretty indifferent.
